After a lifetime of competitive athletics in gymnastics, soccer, and collegiate cheerleading, she has understood the struggles of mindset from a personal point of view. She aims to help individuals learn the tool set that is required to have a strong, positive mindset going through each training session or environment. Her goal is to help each person work through the struggles they are having and enable them to be the best version of themselves.
